Who are we and where have we come from?
The Managing Director Mr Terry Charles-Mclean of Councilswaptogo Ltd has come from an Estate Agency background with over 20 years experience. We have developed a property swap and exchange system for private homeowners www.houseswaptogo.co.uk which has proved to be very successful and has attracted an international member list with representaion in over 20 countries.
Whilst we are aware the social housing rental sector differs to that of the private homeowner sector, there are many similiarities in our systems.
We are just an introduction agency bringing like minded home swappers toigether to facilitate the opportunity of a succesful home exchange with as little fuss as we can manage.
We are professional in our approach and stringent in our service levels. We aim to deliver what is required by our members by listening to them and trying to present a simple yet effective way of identifying suitable property swaps with a set of predefined criteria for mutal benefit.
Our Estate Agency backgrounds have given us a wide understanding of property and the transient nature of the public. We will use all of our expertise to deliver the type of service that we ourselves would wish to receive.
